To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
The product should not have any stains, perfume, or damage caused after delivery.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for products purchased directly from www.matrixxwear.com.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your return or exchange.

Clearance or sale items may not be eligible for return.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
